How are you doing? You’ve made it to Friday!
ONE | I’m flying cross-country for the first time in two weeks. This is a big deal because I’m still getting used to flying (Haven’t been on a plane since 2014). Plus, I’m going by myself, which is another layer to this trip. I’m excited to visit my sister and the town she lives in. Any suggestions to stay occupied while in the air? Let me know.
TWO | I just finished a mini devotional called The Pursuit. It was exactly what I needed to read this week.
THREE | Do you drinks smoothies and l shakes to make sure you get your nutrients? I’ve been super boring with my approach. My youngest sister found this chart with protein shake recipes via Pinterest. Some are quite creative, with fancy combinations! I’m going to try some soon.
FOUR | Just saw a commercial for a Hall & Oates concert in my area. I might want to go. Do you like going to concerts? I don’t go often; I’m quite picky and usually I don’t have time. But I enjoy Hall & Oates’ music, which is so much fun and soulful, so I might have to make an exception.
FIVE | Check out this awesome rhythm tap routine by Cary Lamb Jr. I love the musicality and strength of this guy. So creative, especially to dance with and against the syncopated beats of the song. My siblings are great rhythm tappers; I wish I could tap like this! I just do the classic “Broadway” style. 🙂
God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. – Psalm 46:1
Have a great weekend!
