We go through so many emotions between Thanksgiving and the New Year. The holidays can bring the best and worst in all of us. For most, it’s a great time to celebrate, reminisce, and get closer to others. But sometimes, we can dread this season. The desire to stay hopeful is there but we can get easily drained by all the things we have to do.
