Spring Makeup Haul

Happy Thursday, y’all.  Back at it again with the makeup!  Here is what I’ve picked up in the last six weeks:

Spring Makeup Haul Products

Black Radiance Soft Focus Finishing Powder in “Milk Chocolate”

Black Radiance True Complexion BB Cream in “Honey Amber”

Cetaphil Cleanser (travel size)

ColourPop Super Shock Cheek in “Butterfly Beach”

ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip in “More Better”

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder (sample)

Maybelline  “The Nudes” Palette – Blushed and Rock

Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte in “Daringly Nude”

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer (sample version)

Urban Decay Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray

Items not shown: Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, Revlon Dramatic Definition Mascara,

My favorites at this time: The Blushed palette, the Expert Face Brush, Finishing Powder, the Super Shock Cheek, and Hydro Boost. Gradually, I will start working the other items into my routine and figure out if they work for me.

I highly recommend finding sample versions of products you’re getting the first time. By doing this, you can test it out and save money.  (Don’t we all love doing that?) Then, you can see if it’s time to commit to the full size. Sephora and Ulta are great resources to find a plethora of items, and they have good reward systems, that you can use those points for future buys. That’s always fun. Also, do your research to find the best buy for each product. Drugstore.com is pretty neat too.

Have you made any purchases recently? Let me know – I’d love to find out what you’re liking these days.

I believe I have the same Maybelline lip colour. It’s such a great nude! I find it a little orange-y at times with my skin tone but once I blot it it’s perfect.
