6 Dark Polishes I Love!

I live for a dark polish in the fall. It’s trendy but never fails to come through. Greys, blood reds, dark blues, black. Muted and rich tones. To me, it reads cool and sophisticated.  Last year, I mentioned that I was wearing Chinchilly and Wicked by Essie. That hasn’t changed, but I have introduced a few more colors to my repertoire.

(From L-R) Essie’s Chinchilly – OPI’s Lincoln Park After Dark –  Essie’s Bobbing For Baubles – Essie’s Wicked – OPI’s Squeaker of the House – Butter London’s Ta-Ta!

I’m very late to the OPI game. Thanks to the popularity of the Washington DC collection,  I’ve been checking them out more.  Currently, I’m wearing Lincoln Park After Dark (a very deep purple). Absolutely love it.

The prices are great too ($9-18).  Since I usually do my nails at home, I’m not bummed out when I feel like changing my mind and switching shades.

I may include a lighter nude/pink but for the most part, this is my roster until spring time. Dark is the way to go for me!

How about you? Are there particular colors you gravitate towards during the fall months? Let me know. 🙂

I live for OPI. Only started buying Essie in the past year. I want to do a blue manicure tomorrow now! Inspired.
